Insight is committed to maintaining safe professional boundaries and respectful relationships with children and families.

 

This includes:

• working transparently with parents or guardians

• ensuring children are supported by a trusted adult where appropriate

• maintaining professional conduct at all times.

Screening and Professional Requirements

Insight OT Consultancy maintains appropriate professional clearances for working with children, including:

• a valid Working with Children Check in Victoria

• professional registration with the relevant regulatory body

• adherence to professional ethical standards.

Mandatory Reporting

Insight recognises the responsibility of professionals working with children to respond to concerns about child safety and wellbeing.

Where there are reasonable grounds to believe a child may be experiencing harm or neglect, Insight will act in accordance with relevant Victorian child protection legislation and reporting obligations.
